| Biography: |
| Lewis played his senior season at James Taylor High in Katy, Tex., after being uprooted by hurricane Katrina. Lewis helped lead James Taylor High to a 17-10 record by scoring 21 points per game and was named first-team all-region. He was ranked by Rivals.com as the No. 44 shooting guard in the Class of 2006. As a junior at Archbishop Rummel High in Tetairie, La., he averaged 27.5 points, 9.7 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game. He was named first-team all-state by the New Orleans Times-Pacayune.
