Played nine seasons of minor-league ball in six organizations: Kansas City (1994-99); Florida (2000); Cleveland (2001); Arizona (2001); Montreal (2002) and Texas (2002). ... Compiled a .261 average (877-for-3,364) in 984 games with 116 homers, 533 RBI, 417 walks and 920 strikeouts. ... Best season was at Class AA Wichita in 1999, when he hit .282 with 36 homers and 109 RBI in 129 games.
Served as a hitting coach at Burlington in 2003 and at Class AA Akron in 2004.
