Sims to OU in Time for Classes?

David Sims		By Greg Powers Scout.com Date: Aug 6, 2008 One question that has been burning up the message boards is if safety David Sims, who ill be a JUCO transfer, will be able to enroll at OU in time to keep his scholarship. Coach Stoops put most of those questions to rest this morning when he said that he expects him to be in Norman in time for fall classes.
