Chris Palmer		By Matt Alkire Scout.com Date: Jun 16, 2007 Philadelphia is home to somewhat of a sleeper prospect in Chris Palmer, a jumbo-athlete that could project on either side of the ball at the next level, but is being recruited mainly at defensive tackle at this point. Oklahoma has been in consistent contact with Palmer for some time now and may get a visit soon.
