No. 6:
Player: Dejuan Miller
Position: Starting wide receiver
The rundown: The 6-foot-4, 221 lb. junior from Metuchen, N.J. was third on the team in receptions and receiving yards last year. In 13 games during the 2009 season, he caught 36 passes for 434 yards, good for 12.1 yards per catch, and also had one touchdown reception. Miller had a long reception of 37 yards against Baylor, the longest of his career to date.
Expectations for 2010: Miller should have a very productive season along with Jaz Reynolds and others to go along with star receiver Ryan Broyles. He should really solidify what will be a great receiving group. Expect him to perform well in some of the Sooners’ big games throughout the 2010 season.
