Ranking the Most Important on Offense: No. 21

OU wide receiver Cameron Kenney

It's time to name the next player on the offensive depth chart on the countdown from No. 24 to No. 1.

No. 21:

Player: Cameron Kenney

Position: Wide receiver

The rundown: Kenney is one of three seniors listed at the wide out and/or slot positions, the other two being Brandon Caleb and Mossis Madu. But out of those three, which are all listed second on the depth chart at their respective positions, he played in the least amount of games. Kenney, a 6-foot-1, 193 lb. senior from Dacula, Ga., transferred into OU from Garden City Community College prior to last season before playing in nine games, starting six of those. He had his best game against Miami, racking up six receptions for 72 yards and a touchdown in that contest.

Expectations for 2010: Kenney ranked sixth on the team both in receptions (22) and yards (268) throughout the 2009 season. And every wide receiver that had more receptions and yards aside from Adron Tennell returns for this year. So Kenney certainly isn't going to be a No. 2 or even No. 3 next to star wide out Ryan Broyles during the 2010 campaign. He will, however, have to be reliable to challenge the guys in front of him.
