On the Loss
I give my compliments to Texas Tech. Their team really played well and really beat us on both sides of the ball. It was pretty obvious that offensively we would move the ballot some degree but not produce touchdowns.

On the poor play of the defense
I think it ‘s the first time all season our defense has played that way. I don't think it's fair to say that they gave up. They weren't as sharp as they have been all year. Therefore, then again you get worked.

Landry Jones

On the play of the offense
We didn't get it done. We did not execute the plays that we need to. I didn't play very good. Obviously, I need to play better for us to win.

On Habern's injury
I felt so bad for him. He has worked extremely hard this year. When I saw his leg I knew he was hurt. I felt extremely bad for him and it was just one of those things were he got hurt and it was unfortunate to see.

Patrick O'Hara

On his kicking performance
I felt real confident out there. I hit them great all through practice and I nailed them here to day. Right down the middle.

On how his teammates responded to his kicks
They were real excited, happy for me. The 47-yarder was great and they were just really pumped up.

On losing to a team that has lost four games
I am really at a loss for words. We really just got outplayed more than anything. It's been along season. We still have another game left, and we are going to prepare for that one.

On his celebration penalty
I know everyone is making a big deal about me celebrating, but I'm out there playing. I feel passionate about the game. It hurts even talking about it right now. It's a long game and things didn't work out our way.

Kevin Wilson

On the 3rd down struggles
Again, probably as much as anything (there was) to many third and longs, which is a credit to them whether we are running it or throwing it on first and second down. We are getting in tot to many third and 8, 9, 10, 11's to make it manageable.

Will the coaching staff challenge the team's pride?
We will go back and go from there, I don't know if we will challenge their pride. We got a taunting penalty when we are getting beat bad, so I don't know if our guys are listening anyway.
