Game Preview: Head coach Jeff Capel and the Sooners are undefeated and ranked No. 5 in the nation. Oklahoma (8-0) hosts the Maine Black Bears at the Lloyd Noble Center at 7 p.m. OU is returning home after defeating the Tulsa Golden Hurricane, 69-44, on Sunday at the BOK Center in downtown Tulsa.

Prediction: The Sooners should be able to roll through Maine. The Black Bears do not have the horses to slow down the Griffin’s in the paint. They average 70 points a game, but are only shooting 38% from behind the arc, and the OU defense has been stifling most of the year. OU is starting to turn in to a national monster and they should be able to roll right along Wednesday night.

OU Player to Watch – Willie Warren: The Bears know that they have to try to slow down Blake Griffin in the paint, so Warren should be able to make some things happen in one-on-one situations. He should also get some open looks behind the arc.

Notes: The football team will be in attendance Wednesday night to cheer on the basketball team and celebrate Oklahoma's 2008 Big 12 Championship. The Sooners defeated Missouri, 62-21, in Kansas City on Saturday night to claim the program's third consecutive conference crown.
