Hoops: Maze set to visit Norman

Prep school point guard Bobby Maze talks about his upcoming visit to Norman.

Bobby Maze, a 6-foot-2 point guard from Patterson Prep School in Lenior, N.C., is officially set to visit Oklahoma.

Maze, a teammate of Sooner signee Tony Crocker at Patterson, told OUInsider.com he will arrive in Norman Wednesday.

"If everything goes well on that visit I will probably commit to OU," said Maze. "Tell all the fans in Oklahoma that B-Maze is coming to Oklahoma on Wednesday and he is hoping to find a home. I think with the players OU already has on campus, and the players they have coming in, that we can dominate under Coach Capel. I am looking forward to the visit to see what kind of vibes I get from people. I really think I am going to commit to OU following this visit."

So what about his eligibility status?

"That is all good," said Maze. "I am going to qualify and things are going to be good."
