The Big 12 schedule is eased by a matchup with the Jayhawks, the third-worst game on the schedule

The first Big 12 game of the list shows up in the form of perennial doormat Kansas, save the 2008 season. The Jayhawks are third on this list, even after another year with Charlie Weis at the helm. Kansas hasn't had a winning record in five years.

3. Kansas

2013 record: 3-9

Last year vs. OU: 34-19, Oklahoma.

Why this game is dangerous: Trap game. Trap game. Trap game. Granted it's clearly not the toughest opponent, but that's the point of a trap game. When the Nov. 22 showdown comes around, the Sooners will be one week removed from a trip to Lubbock, Texas and two weeks from Bedlam.

Players to watch: There aren't many players to worry about on the Kansas' roster, especially under center. Weis named sophomore Montell Cozart as his starter in the spring, but there's a better chance for a quarterback controversy than an outright playmaker. As a result, expect Oklahoma's defense to shine – as it probably had all season before this game. It could be a huge day for senior defensive back Julian Wilson, who likely will be the team's captain. Wilson might make bigger single plays this season, but statistically, this could be a huge day for him.

Prediction: Don't be surprised by a self-induced slow start in this one, maybe even an early deficit. But if the Sooners are truly a national title contender, quarterback Trevor Knight will be able to push Oklahoma to a win. Expect a two-score victory in this one.
