Smart Attack: Cowboys Upset Jayhawks

The last time Oklahoma State beat a top five team on the road was on Jan. 2, 1958 when Eddie Sutton was a player and helped his team upset the No. 2 Kansas Jayhawks. On Saturday, Markel Brown scored 28 points and freshman Marcus Smart took command in the second half en route to scoring 25 as the Cowboys upset the second-ranked KU Jayhawks 85-80 at Allen Fieldhouse in Lawrence, Kan.
