Sooners set Spring Game for April 13

NORMAN, Okla. — The first date leading up to the 2013 OU football season has been set, with the Spring Game to be played on April 13 at a time to be announced later.

And while the kickoff time, as well as ticketing information and the full slate of events has not yet been released, one part of the day has been.

The annual event will feature the second annual Big Boomer BBQ immediately north of the stadium.

Fans can enjoy barbeque while taking in live music and kids will be able to engage in amusement rides.

When ticketing information is announced, seats will be general admission and normal game entry policies apply.

Those attending can park in campus lots free of charge.
