The 12 months of 2012 provided Oklahoma State fans with plenty of thrills, beginning with the school’s first ever appearance in a BCS bowl game. To commemorate the year, GoPokes.com has selected 100 images to tell the stories of the Cowboys and Cowgirls on the football field, basketball court and soccer pitch, just to name a few, throughout the year.

Through the eyes of photographers you’ll view head coach Mike Gundy’s team’s 41-38 overtime victory over Stanford in the Fiesta Bowl, and many more Cowboys and Cowgirls highlights.

The photos are in chronological order, beginning with the Fiesta Bowl on Jan. 2, and includes among others the Cowgirls basketball teams WNIT championship in March, ex-standout Josh Holliday returning in June to take over the Cowboys baseball program, the cross country team winning the school’s 51st NCAA championship in November, and much more.

We hope you enjoy viewing the 100 images we selected to tell the tale of 2012, including the great starts to the current 2012-13 season by the current Cowboys basketball team, head coach Jim Littell’s Cowgirls squad and the OSU wrestling team.
