Kansas State and USC are the only other teams that have three players on the 50-man watch list.
And with that, 10 Sooners have now accounted for 23 different preseason award watch lists.
Jefferson and Jones have each made three of those, while Stills has been placed on two.
Jones, who elected to come back for his senior season instead of heading to the NFL as a first round draft pick, is returning off a junior season that featured him throwing for nearly 4,500 yards and 29 touchdowns to 15 interceptions.
He has netted 12,379 yards and 93 touchdowns so far in his career and looks to expand upon that.
Stills finished second on the team to NCAA all-time career receptions leader Ryan Broyles with his 849 yards and eight touchdowns on 61 catches.
Jefferson, who made the shift to free under new defensive coordinator Mike Stoops after working at nickel and Sam linebacker for Brent Venables, led the team last year with four interceptions, including a single-game record three against Ball State.
The watch list will be narrowed to 10 semi-finalists in mid-November, and the 2012 Walter Camp Award Player of the Year recipient will be announced live on ESPN SportsCenter on Dec. 6.
It will be presented to the winner at the Foundation’s annual awards banquet on Jan. 12, 2013 at Yale University.
