NORMAN, Okla. -- As of late, the Sooners have been flip masters, stealing key guys away from other programs, but this morning Texas Tech returned the favor.

At 7:55 a.m., defensive end Cooper Washington from Muleshoe High School signed his letter of intent to play for the Red Raiders after committing to OU for a long time.

While listed as a defensive end, Washington played a number of positions, including quarterback, wide receiver, linebacker and strong safety.
