NORMAN, Okla. — The best cure for a team that's struggled on the road is another home game, and that was just what OU needed to even up its record at 6-6, as it defeated the Sacramento State Hornets 66-53 Tuesday night in front of 3,857 at Lloyd Noble Center.

"First of all, it's always good to get a win," said OU head coach Jeff Capel. "I thought we did some good things out there today."
